TWO DIE AFTER CANNONING INTO PILLAR

VANDERBIJLPARK. - Two men were been killed here after their vehicle crashed into a pillar on the R57, direction of Vanderbijlpark under the R59 bridge early this morning (29 January).

When ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at approximately 01:45 a.m., they found the engine of a wrecked vehicle lying a few meters away.

Upon further assessment, paramedics found two men who were entrapped in the vehicle. Unfortunately, both of the men had already succumbed to their injuries and was declared dead on the scene by ER24.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not yet known to ER24 paramedics but police were on the scene for further investigation.
