TWO INJURED IN THREE-VEHICLE COLLISION

VANDERBIJLPARK. - Two people were left injured here Fiday afternoon (02 February) following a three-vehicle collision on Rossini Boulevard.

ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find the three vehicles in the right-hand lane of the road.

One woman was seated on the side of the road while a second woman was found seated inside her vehicle. Paramedics assessed both woman and found that one was pregnant and had sustained minor injuries. The second woman seated inside her vehicle and found to be in a serious condition. Paramedics treated the patients and provided pain-relief medication to the seriously injured woman. Once treated, the pregnant woman was transported to Johan Heyns Clinic while the seriously injured woman was transported to Mediclinic Emfuleni for further treatment.

The details surrounding this incident are not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
