BAKKIE ROLLS LEAVING TWO DEAD

VILJOENSDRIFT. - Two people were killed here early Saturday morning (17 March) when a bakkie rolled on the R716 Denneysville Road.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find a bakkie lying on its roof on the side of the road.
Two bodies were found lying some distance away from the vehicle. Paramedics assessed both men and found that they had sustained numerous injuries and showed no signs of life.
Unfortunately, nothing could be done for them and they were declared dead.
The exact details surrounding this incident are not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
